C&M built the fine wire bulk cable, tooled the molds for the connector ends and assisted the OEM with the designing of their PCB part of the assembly.

Through creative design and manufacturing prototype strategies, C&M minimized the total prototype cost while simultaneously reducing manufacturing lead times throughout the production cycle. One key element in the assembly process centers on C&M's high efficient "Direct Attach" welding technology, a termination method delivering superior strength and higher reliability as compared to traditional solder terminations.
