New Hires Bolster Company’s Innovative and Collaborative Approach to Producing Cable and Assembly Solutions for Can’t Fail Applications
DAYVILLE, CT - October 27, 2016—C&M Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of wire & cable, coil cords and cable assembly solutions for performance critical applications, today announced the addition of three strategic hires to the company’s seasoned engineering team.
With more than 40 years cable design experience in the wire & cable / electrical industry, George Tokatli comes to C&M in the role of cable applications engineering leader where he will serve as the team lead for cable applications engineering. He joins C&M from General Cable where he led all designs for their specialty cable products.
Colin Chute recently joined C&M as a process engineer bringing over 16 years of engineering experience from his previous positions at Argotec and Specialized Technology Resources. In both locations, he worked on designing, developing and manufacturing extruded films for a variety of applications including aerospace and military.
John Weaver comes to the C&M team as a connectivity applications engineer, a role in which he has over 20 years of past experience working at Phoenix, TE and JST designing customer-specific and industry standard connectors and associated cable assemblies. In this role, John will focus specifically on connectivity application engineering.
The C&M engineering team is committed to collaborating with their customers to develop the most impactful solutions for their unique cable and assembly requirements. Drawing from their deep engineering background, these new hires will each work hand in hand to understand the client’s complex needs and help them overcome even their most intricate engineering challenges.

C&M Corporations Announces the Appointment of Steven DeFrancesco
June 29, 2015 – C&M Corporation, a vertically integrated provider of engineered cable, coil cord, and value added assembly solutions for harsh environments and demanding applications, has announced the appointment of Steven DeFrancesco to the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
DeFrancesco joins C&M from Belden Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development. While at Belden, he also held the positions of Vice President / General Manager of Telecast Fiber Systems, and Director of Sales and Marketing for the company’s Thermax division.
DeFrancesco holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from The Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.

C&M Corporation Completes Company Move
April 14, 2015 – C&M Corporation, a vertically integrated manufacturer of bulk cable, coil cords, and cable assemblies, has announced the completion of its relocation from Wauregan, CT to a new state of the art manufacturing facility in nearby Dayville, CT.
The new single floor 150,000 square foot facility will create efficiencies and allow for the implementation of progressive manufacturing strategies not possible in the former Wauregan location. The Dayville facility will encompass all US based manufacturing to include C&M’s in-house tooling facility, as well as sales, engineering, and administration.
